Novante industry summary with key takeaways: M&A activity, regulatory milestones, and AI product traction with hero statistics
THREAT · COMPETITOR OPPORTUNITY · M&A TARGET FUNDING · TIER 1

Real output: the industry summary from a Novante scan, with key takeaways mined from the week's signals.

How it works

From company list to briefing in three steps.

1

Tell Novante who you are

Add the companies you watch, up to 200, tiered by priority. Tag each one with its relationship to you: competitor, M&A target, partner, supplier, and more. Describe your role and strategy so results reflect what actually matters to you.

2

It scans on your schedule

Run a scan on demand or schedule daily, weekly, or monthly runs. AI research agents analyze fresh news for every company, filter the noise, and structure what remains into signals with sources.

3

You get a decision-ready briefing

Industry themes, per-company signal cards, and a ranked executive summary grouped into threats, opportunities, and market context. Plus a weekly digest email so nothing slips.

Why Novante

Intelligence that knows your strategy, not just your keywords.

Relationship-aware signals

Tag each company as a competitor, M&A target, partner, supplier, or potential acquirer. Signals come back framed as threats and opportunities for your strategy, with a verdict on whether each one supports or challenges your thesis.

Executive summaries

Every scan ends with a ranked executive briefing: top signals across your list, movement by company, and counts by event type. Built to be forwarded to your leadership as-is.

A permanent signals archive

Every signal is stored, deduplicated, and searchable. Triage what matters, dismiss what does not, and search your full history in seconds.

Scans on your schedule

Run scans on demand or schedule them daily, weekly, or monthly. A weekly digest email delivers new threats, opportunities, and market context to your inbox.

Import, export, share

Bring your company list in via CSV with full context. Export signals to CSV or JSON, and share polished PDF briefings with your team.

Web and iPhone

Use Novante in the browser or on the iOS app. Your companies, scans, and history stay in sync.

The executive summary

Threats. Opportunities. Context. Ranked.

Because Novante knows each company's relationship to you, the executive summary reads like an analyst wrote it for your desk: a competitor's acquisition lands under threats, your M&A target's FDA approval lands under opportunities, and every signal carries a priority score.

FAQ

Common questions.

What exactly does a scan produce?

Three things: an industry summary with key themes and takeaways, per-company signal cards with details and implications tailored to your role, and an executive summary that ranks the most important signals across your whole list.

What counts against my monthly limit?

Each company included in a scan counts as one unit. Scanning 20 companies uses 20 units. Starter includes 200 units per month, which is roughly a weekly scan of a 50-company list.

Is there a free trial?

The live sample report in the app shows exactly what your briefings will look like before you pay. Plans start at $4.99 per month and you can cancel anytime from the billing portal.

Where does the intelligence come from?

Novante continuously ingests news feeds for every company you track, then AI research agents analyze the raw items, fill gaps with targeted web research, and structure the results into signals with sources linked.

How is this different from Google Alerts?

Google Alerts hands you raw links. Novante deduplicates, filters the retail and stock-price noise, explains why each event matters for your specific strategy, and rolls everything up into an executive briefing you can forward.

Can I monitor private companies?

Yes. Novante tracks any company with a news footprint, public or private. You can add aliases and a domain to sharpen matching for less-covered names.
